I have seen a few practitioners here over the years at the Wallace location and have always been impressed by the knowledge of the practitioners. Catherine Chu is a lovely, informed chiropractor who is helping me with some longstanding shoulder issues. She makes sure I am comfortable with every intervention. I am not finished my treatment though feel much better already! Tyler Welch is a physiotherapist who treated me for knee issues I had for years, now I have strength and mobility back plus the understanding to keep me on track.

Dr. Catherine Chu treats my whole family. She is knowledgeable, and her treatments are highly effective at relieving pain (enjoyable in a hurts-so-good kind of way). She has a lot of different tools in her kit and is happy to adapt her practice to accommodate client preferences and level of comfort. I was nervous to see a chiropractor after hearing some horror stories (e.g. arterial dissections and strokes caused by adjustments) but Catherine is always respectful of boundaries.

Synergy is a great facility, I always tell people about it. I been getting Acupuncture by Matt for a number of years now. He is very skilled at what he does and I always leave feeling much better. Would definitely recommend him, he is great! I have also seen Keith (physio) who is great as well.

Very clean, friendly staff, no delays in appointments. Very knowledgeable and experienced professionals. Liana was very focused during the assessment and provided me with clear instructions on how to do the home exercises and explained what the next weeks will look like. A real great first experience. I went to see Dr. Catherine Chu because my neck started locking. Already feeling results after a couple of session. I like that she combines massage and chiropractic adjustment in her treatment.

Keith Fernandes has been instrumental to not only improve my neck/head pain but also to fully get over it in a short period of time thanks to physiotherapy and at home exercises. I’m definitely recommending him to anybody who is currently dealing with neck pain and headaches. It’s a game changer.

Physiotherapy consult with Keith Fernandes always very thorough, expert advice, good follow-up with written exercise plan. Synergy are essential players on health care team. Very helpful there’s a neurologist there as well.
